With Liz & Philip Watson
An immersion into the art of being human, together.
What becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly meet ourselves—and each other?
The Art of Relating is a two-day experiential immersion into the art of being human and the practice of authentic connection. Together, we’ll explore what happens when we bring awareness, curiosity, and radical listening to the way we relate—with ourselves, with others, and with the space between us.
This isn’t a workshop where you simply learn about relating. You’ll practice it.
Through embodied exploration, movement, small-group practices, and relational experiments, we’ll create opportunities to discover new ways of experiencing intimacy, vulnerability, presence, and connection.
What we’ll explore
Embodied Awareness
Learn to notice what is happening in your body, emotions, and thoughts—and let that awareness become part of how you relate.
Flow & Small-Group Practices
Drop into the present moment through playful, emergent practices that invite connection, responsiveness, and discovery.
Intimacy & Vulnerability
Explore what it means to let yourself be seen, to meet another person more fully, and to discover the edges of authentic intimacy.
We-Space Practices
Move beyond the experience of “me and you” and explore what emerges when we become curious about the space we create together.
Relateful Zen
Practice presence, awareness, and openness through a relational lens—meeting yourself more deeply and transcending yourself as well.
Movement & Flow
Use the body, movement, and play to access connection, aliveness, and ways of relating beyond words.
Come curious.
You don’t need to be an expert at relating. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Just bring your willingness to slow down, listen deeply, get curious, and discover what becomes possible when we meet one another more fully.
