I coach people in Relatefulness: the art of being with what’s here—fully, consciously, and relationally. My practice is rooted in presence, guided by paradox, and devoted to the living intelligence of the moment.
For over a decade, I’ve facilitated relational work that meets people not just where they are, but as they are—as expressions of longing, wisdom, and transformation-in-progress. My background blends interpersonal mindfulness, Integral Theory, trauma-aware embodiment, and a fierce tenderness for what’s too often left unnamed. I’m not interested in perfect. I’m interested in you—as you are, in all your nuance and aliveness.
Something that will never change is development. There is no transformation that won’t ask you for more attention and awareness. This is not the kind of easy that is devoid of pain. This is the kind of easy because it’s a smoother flow to be who and what we are…and we will reserve the right to always ask that more.
In our work, you might find yourself discovering the intelligence of your own subconscious, placing your heart in the center of the room, or speaking from the “second soul” to the places that ache. I draw from my lived explorations of mysticism, psychology, and somatic presence to help you listen to the parts of you that already know—those speaking in felt senses, Intrusive Cognitions (thoughts that just come), longings, or flashes of beauty. Together we’ll explore these not as problems to solve but as portals to deeper being.
My clients include leaders, lovers, wanderers, and sensitives—anyone ready to stop performing connection and start embodying it. If you’re holding questions like What is true now? or What does love look like from here?, then we’re already in dialogue.
The field is the teacher. I’m here to help you hear it.
Coaching sessions last for about 90 minutes each, and can be conducted by video call or in person.
