Welcome to Relatefulness. It’s mindfulness, in relationship—a space to be present with yourself and others, in real time.

For two weeks, you’re invited to join us in exploring the richness of human connection, including all of it's confusion and difficulty, without needing to fix, pretend, or push anything away.

 Whether you're new to this or have been meditating for years, no experience is required. Just curiosity and a willingness to be uncomfortable.

 

** For new customers only. One trial per person. In-person sessions at the Relateful Austin Studio, 1205 W. 42nd St, Unit A, Austin, TX. 

** After 2 weeks, your trial automatically becomes a Studio Unlimited Membership ($89/month) unless canceled during your trial

 

What to expect  

Relatefulness is a real-time practice of being with others as you are. We meet each moment honestly, openly, and with curiosity. The results are often as wonderful as they are strange, demanding us to look a long avoided feelings and identities

In these facilitated group practice sessions, you’ll:

  • Learn to notice and name what's happening...in yourself, in others, and in the group as a whole
  • Explore how to bring presence into conversation and connection to create more ease, efficiency, and aliveness in your everyday life
  • Receive honest, real-time feedback on the way you show up
  • Practice staying present even in the face of triggers, upset, or discomfort
  • Begin to recognize and release habitual patterns, assumptions, and blindspots—personal and cultural
  • Discover how unconscious behaviors can become conscious choices, rather than automatic responses
