Integral theory can be a powerful map to learn, and can also seem daunting on first approach. Some people say it's 'overly complex', 'too dry' or 'too heady' for them. The great thing about this little course is that Jordan makes the integral model more accessible and relatable by sharing it in his own words and from his lived experience.
