About Dagny

Dagny is a deeply surrendered and spiritual facilitator. She embodies and easily transmits flow, and her sessions feel open and profound. She also brings a strong spiritual energy and I often feel my soul in relatefulness with her.

Dagny's facilitating is humble and modest, quietly giving space for what's there. She is deeply inquisitive and willing to go to the depths in service of something greater than ourselves. She also has an unexpected vibrant playfulness; you may find yourself laughing out loud, giggling and connecting with joy in a relatful meeting with Dagny.

Dagny started Circling in 2014, and the practice and people she has connected with through Circling and Relatefulness have impacted her life in a profound and precious way. She is a mother of three and works within higher education and research.

What is your educational background?

I have a PhD in professional ethics from the University of Oslo, and an education in Rosen method bodywork from Axelssons Bodywork School.

What are your areas of expertise/research interests within the self-development/awareness context?

I am fascinated with the personal transformation which happens when we connect with and deepen our body-awareness, like we do in relatefulness, circling, yoga, bodywork, and other mind-body connecting practices. I also love the perspectives of Carl Jung. Check out my blog about this, and other interesting stuff: Guided by Aliveness

Do you have any hobbies or interests that you'd like to include?

I love to walk in the forest where I live, reading, yoga, and kickboxing.

Do you have a favourite quote?

“To know yourself as the being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom.” - Eckhart Tolle
