About Sara

Hi, I’m Sara. My style of Relateful practice embraces the yin and yang of love and truth. I am continuously cultivating warmth and depth to the quality of holding I bring to connection while also honing a powerful capacity to see and reflect what I notice.

I’ve been intensely passionate about my practice since synchronicity led me to The Relateful Company. As a young adult navigating something like a “dark night of the soul” I found myself quite alone on the path of “self-help” so many of us are familiar with. Along the way I am very grateful to have been guided to my husband Jeff (now a fellow facilitator with Relateful), a deeper sense of spirituality and surrender, and this practice.

One of my most cherished teachings from my experience with this practice is that my personal growth emerges so much more naturally and meaningfully in and through connection. I would genuinely love for you to be a part of my own unfolding, and I would be honored to be a part of yours.

 

Do you have a passion or purpose?

The parts of my life I am most passionate about and find the most purpose in are in my roles as wife and mother especially, as well as my roles as daughter, sister, and friend. My family and my “village” are my world.

What are your Relateful personal interests?

I am deeply curious about any and every way to expand my capacity for love and intimacy within the practice and especially in every day moments with the people in my life who I love and cherish.

What is your educational background?

I have a Bachelor Arts with a major in Philosophy and minors in both Psychology and Religious Studies. I also have a Law Degree; working as a lawyer is my day job.

Is there something fun or unexpected about you that you’d like to share with the world?

I’ve also gone to clown school!

Do you have any hobbies or interests that you’d like to include?

I have a deep appreciation for spooky woo-ey stuff - I love everything from tarot and astrology to Halloween and horror movies (and that love influences my Relateful practice in deep and surprising ways)!
