How can we include directionality without losing the hard-earned freedom that came along with not needing to get anywhere, or be anything in particular?

The question is resolved by looking at it from a higher vantage point, by looking at the assumptions hidden in the framing of the question itself. This is a false dilemma, also known as black and white thinking.

Recognizing and naming false dilemmas is a key capacity we’ll see happening over and over again in Relateful Coaching. (There are other key capacities as well, and not every struggle is a false dilemma).

With love, Jordan
