I’ve been imagining a future society where people consider a two minute daily gratitude practice a necessity for psychological health in the same way we currently consider brushing teeth essential for oral health. Maybe we’ll do them at the same time!

Have any of y’all committed to daily gratitude? Do you find yourself healthier? What about a culture of gratitude and appreciation? Not the fake forced stuff, but the willingness to enter the shared relational vulnerability of actually speaking gratefulness and actually letting it in. Let’s do it.
